So for example, if you have multiple teams working on mobile initiatives, you may want to have a single Confluence page that highlights the roadmaps from each of those teams so everyone can stay better in sync. If you have a team of teams meeting or a meeting with your leadership team, that means you can surface every roadmap that you would want to in a single place. The Jira roadmap macro also presents a great opportunity to improve the way you collaborate across teams because you can share the roadmaps from multiple Jira projects on a single Confluence page. Space admins control whether related pages are on to begin with, as well as the default behavior (if pages should start off being shown or hidden). Often read together recommendations are determined by behavioral patterns-in other words, people who have read the current page often have also read the recommended content. If content is Organized together, there’s a structural relationship with the current page (for example, a parent page, sibling page, child page). You’ll only ever see suggestions for related pages that you have access to.Įach related page shows why it has been suggested, either because it is organized together or often read together with the current page. Related pages will only show on pages that have content-that is, aren’t empty or only include macros.īlog posts will not show related pages, but can be included in the suggestions on a page.Ī page has to have been read by multiple people before suggestions start populating.
